A large portion of our business is providing Wells internationally. By buying directly from our factory, you can save the mark-up of a local reseller who would also pass on the same shipping cost. With today's easy communication, payment, and shipping options, combined with our ever-ready inventory, it is our pleasure to serve international customers with the same speed and service as those in the USA.
Prices and Grants
Shipping quotes are time-sensitive, so it is best to wait until you are close to being able to make a decision before asking for a specific shipping quote. When you are ready, please let us know your full street address (must be commercial, cannot be residential) and the name of the nearest international airport.*
*If you can pick up the shipment from a nearby international airport (or seaport if a large order), it can save considerable cost. If that is possible for you, please include the name of the airport and its city, and we will include the shipping cost to the port in our quote to you.
For your general reference, the shipping cost for a Three-Footer to Canada is usually between $125 and $145 depending on the Province. Shipping to Western Europe and major cities in Australia and Asia is usually between $200 and $500.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Links: Most domestic shipments are by Fedex Ground or Express, and you will receive a tracking link directly from their server. If shipped by another carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking link by email.
Some organizations in Canada are allowed to order with the payment "due on receipt," but most require pre-payment before we can ship. All orders from outside the USA and Canada require pre-payment. The majority of our international customers use bank wire transfers which is also our preference. Some use bank checks in USD. Credit cards cannot be used for Wells shipped internationally.
When you have decided on the size, color, and quantity, contact us with your full street address (must be commercial, cannot be residential) and the name of the nearest international airport or seaport for large orders. We will prepare a Pro-Forma Invoice that includes our bank wire information and the timing of the shipment based on the inventory at that time. If we have the size and color that you need in stock, we will hold it for you if you confirm the bank wire within 2 days. We take care of the rest of the paperwork regarding the grant.
We inventory quantities of all colors and can usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of order and payment based on the above terms. If a large order that we need to build, it usually takes no more than 2 weeks.
Miscellaneous International Information
International Import Costs - Be Prepared
If you are outside the USA, your country might charge import duty, excise duty, taxes, and they usually provide brokerage services for a fee. We do not include these fees in our prices. We only collect the cost of the goods and the shipping. You are responsible for any fees related to importing into your country. We cannot estimate these fees, but you should be able to find an applicable page on your government's website. For instance, in Canada, it is www.cbsa.gc.ca. In the United Kingdom, it is www.hmrc.gov.uk. In most countries, you have the option of handling your own "brokerage" which will be explained on your applicable government website. But all shipping companies have professional brokerage firms available that will gladly process the government documents and fees for you...and charge you for that service of course.
Our signs and stickers are in English. If you do not want English signs and stickers, you will need to make the poster-signs and/or stickers in your language. We can include samples with your Well, and we recommend that you wait until you receive them to make them in your language so you can see the detail and quality.
